Come outside and play with me

Hey, it's Kitty Carson and I'm trying to get this kite in the air.

It's kind of hard. The wing is not wanting to cooperate. It's kind of off and on.

But I really like flying kites, so I really want to get this in the air.

Maybe you can help me.

Now there's no wind at all.
